This position is responsible for receiving donated goods while providing excellent customer service to Goodwill donors. The Donations Processor plays a crucial role in sorting donated items and delivering them to the merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards and goals. This role promotes and adheres to the mission and values of Goodwill-Easter Seals, ensuring that all operations align with the organization's objectives. In a typical day, a Donations Processor can expect to engage in various store operations, following established policies and procedures while executing directives in a timely manner. Customer service is a key focus, as the processor creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring a high level of service throughout the store. Additionally, the role involves providing a supportive work environment that helps train and develop participants in achieving their goals. Safety is also a priority, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
