The manager will also participate in program budgets and policy matters, setting ambitious donation acquisition targets and monitoring progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals. The role involves assessing underperforming donation locations and implementing strategic recommendations to enhance promotion and marketing efforts. The manager will oversee comprehensive donation tracking, maintaining a detailed database of all donation sources and ensuring accurate data entry to support strategic decision-making. A solutions-oriented approach is crucial for identifying and resolving issues efficiently, while superior organizational and time management skills are necessary for developing and executing action plans and setting strategic goals.
