About the position

The Donor Data Management Analyst at Adventist Health plays a crucial role in driving the organization's mission through donor and prospect intelligence. This position is responsible for providing donor research and analytics services, coordinating impact reports, and analyzing various data sources to support market philanthropy database operations. The analyst ensures data integrity and compliance with HIPAA and fundraising regulations while collaborating with internal stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive mission through donor and prospect intelligence.
• Provide donor research and analytics services for system and markets.
• Coordinate impact reports and analyze biographical, financial, and other data from various sources.
• Ensure high level data integrity and execute global changes and updates of the donor database.
• Maintain knowledge of HIPAA and fundraising regulations to ensure PHI compliance.
• Develop strategic, accurate, confidential, and detailed reports reflecting philanthropy and grants activities.
• Provide database support to market philanthropy data leads to maintain data governance standards.
• Generate KPI dashboards and confirm impact reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives.
• Identify and research individuals, corporations, and foundations to analyze their capacity and inclination to give.
• Record research in RE NXT and prepare prospect research reports for major gift solicitors.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in fundraising, business administration, or healthcare administration (Preferred).
• Three years' related experience (Preferred).
• Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation (Preferred).
