Responsibilities
- Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
- Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
- Report an accurate daily donor count.
- Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
- Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
