About the position

The Donor Greeter position at Goodwill Industries Manasota Inc. is designed for individuals who enjoy a dynamic work environment and thrive on customer interaction. Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
