The Donor Greeter position at Goodwill Industries Manasota Inc. is a part-time role focused on providing excellent customer service to donors and customers. Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
