About The Position
Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities or disadvantages through education, training, and placement in gainful employment. We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Donor Greeter. This role is essential in ensuring our donors feel appreciated and welcomed. The Donor Greeter plays a critical role in providing a positive experience for our donors. This position involves greeting donors, assisting with donations, providing information about our services, and maintaining a welcoming environment. As a Donor Greeter, you will warmly greet donors as they arrive and assist them with the donation process, including answering questions and providing necessary information. It is important to ensure that the donation area is clean, organized, and welcoming. You will thank donors for their contributions and provide any follow-up information as needed. Additionally, you will assist with the intake and processing of donations, maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions, and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient donation process. Addressing any donor concerns or issues promptly and professionally is also a key part of this role.
