Responsibilities
- Install doors, frames, trim, and associated hardware to high standards of quality and precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute installations accurately.
- Coordinate with project teams to meet timelines and client specifications.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe.
- Utilize and maintain a variety of hand and power tools effectively.
Requirements
- Proficiency in door, trim, and finish carpentry with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and install doors and trim following exact specifications.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods, as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent problem-solving skills.
