About the position
The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in the YMCA by developing and delivering quality programming focused on youth and healthy living. This position is responsible for managing programs and staff, enhancing participant experiences, and driving membership and program growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage youth and healthy living programs and staff.
- Enhance the participant experience in programs.
- Support efforts to drive membership and program growth and participation.
- Serve as a lead instructor in various classes and summer camps.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Three years of related experience preferred.
- Experience working with all ages.
- Supervisory experience with staff.
- Budget management experience.
