The Door Greeter at Four Seasons plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This position is essential in shaping the guest experience through hospitality, local knowledge, and professionalism, ensuring that every guest feels valued and informed during their visit.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality, and professionalism.
• Respond to all resident requests accurately and timely, making recommendations based on local knowledge and best practices.
• Ensure timely and quality-driven completion of service requests.
• Greet and assist guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo, helping them exit their vehicles.
• Issue appropriate valet parking tickets to guests.
• Provide verbal greetings to guests arriving on foot.
• Unload items from cars, tag them, and issue claim tickets when appropriate.
• Assist in delivering items to the unit.
• Ensure smooth traffic flow on the drive by directing cars and valet parkers.
• Ensure the drive is one-way only and does not permit unauthorized vehicles to enter.
• Provide directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
• Hail taxis as needed.
• Resolve owner complaints and assist in inquiries regarding services, hours of operation, key personnel, and in-house events.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and residents.
• Ability to provide knowledgeable information about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Familiarity with Beverly Hills and its attractions.
