About the position

Epoch Roofing is looking for motivated individuals to work as door-to-door canvassers, primarily responsible for generating leads for free roof inspections and estimates in neighborhoods affected by recent storms. This role is ideal for those who enjoy engaging with homeowners and have a passion for sales, with no prior experience required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Walk door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to inform homeowners about our roofing services.
• Identify homes that may have storm damage and offer free roof inspections.
• Collect homeowner contact information for follow-up.
• Meet daily/weekly lead generation goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
