About the position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods, promoting our products/services, and setting the way for our sales representative. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products/services to potential customers.
• Build rapport with residents and establish trust through effective communication and active listening.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from previous interactions.
• Provide detailed information about products/services, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer feedback in the company database.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in various neighborhoods.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on the location of the sales territory.
