Requirements

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, including warm calling and telemarketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Spanish being a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or other technology platforms for managing customer interactions.
