Requirements

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or field sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
• Positive attitude, perseverance, and self-motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally while maintaining persistence.
• Must be comfortable with physical aspects of door-to-door sales, including walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers by going door-to-door to introduce pest control services.
• Identify and approach potential customers in targeted neighborhoods to offer pest control solutions.
• Conduct brief consultations to understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate pest control services.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals through effective pitching and customer follow-up.
• Build rapport with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction with follow-up visits and communication.
• Stay up-to-date on pest control products and services to provide accurate information and address customer questions or concerns.
• Work closely with other sales representatives and management to share insights and refine sales strategies.
