As a DK Valet Trash Service Valet, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and reliable waste collection services to our valued residents. You will be responsible for collecting trash and recyclables from designated areas and ensuring proper disposal. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to creating a pleasant living environment for our residents. We are a 7 day a week operation, and your commitment to maintaining cleanliness and promoting sustainability will be key to our success. In this position, you will collect trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps or designated collection areas following DK Valet's guidelines. You will sort waste into appropriate categories, adhering to local regulations and DK Valet's waste separation requirements. Safely handling and transporting waste using provided equipment, such as collection bins, carts, or bags, is essential. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization in collection areas to ensure a pleasant living environment for residents. Providing friendly and professional customer service is a critical aspect of this role, as you will be addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly. Following DK Valet's safety protocols, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any hazards or incidents will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of collection data, report issues or incidents, and complete required documentation.
