Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for projects involving MNIT and DPS staff.
• Research technology requirements and identify necessary tools and resources.
• Conduct impact analysis on systems such as the call center.
• Compile a list of statutes, policies, and procedures for project success.
• Identify user onboarding and support strategies.
• Develop a projected budget for technology, staffing, maintenance, and support.
• Document procedures to meet federal requirements and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience as a senior Project Manager.
• Three (3) years of experience as a senior Business Analyst.
• Two (2) years of experience working in a government setting with multiple stakeholders and users.
• Experience working with law enforcement systems and practices.
• Experience compiling reports for executive review.
