About the position

The Drafter-Designer-Coordinator position at Retire My Pool, Inc. involves preparing and coordinating workflow for the company's patented deck building process over swimming pools. Responsibilities

  • Help in every part of the operation including clean up, organization, and other menial tasks.
  • Maintain inventory count.
  • Create, execute, and maintain procedures.
  • Design and draft job drawings according to company standards, including measuring pools with a laser scanner and discussing projects with customers.
  • Inspect job sites for suitability and shortcomings.
  • Collect and distribute customer deposits and payments.
  • Communicate with customers about projects.
  • Train customers in their responsibilities and how to handle their deck.
  • Maintain company schedule and communicate to all involved parties.
  • Create new and maintain standard drawings for all company designs.
  • Create new and maintain standard forms for proper workflow using Zoho.
  • Create new workflow documents and maintain workflow information for documentation of work.
  • Master and train employees in workflow software.
  • Help in all aspects of product testing.
  • Help organize and prepare components for all jobs.
  • Assist in all aspects of company production in sales.

Requirements

  • Energetic and flexible to adapt to a challenging and growing business.
  • Capable of maintaining schedules for all aspects of company production including crew, materials, job start, and end dates.
  • Proficient in phone calls, email, texting, and messaging.
  • Proficient in CAD software.
  • Good working knowledge and troubleshooting skills with computers.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledgeable of residential building codes or ability to learn quickly.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate schedules with employees and customers.
  • Good driving record and valid AZ driver's license.
  • Physically capable of performing all job duties, including climbing in and out of swimming pools and inspecting work.
