About the position

The position involves executing detailed drawing designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software, specifically related to management of change, process hazard analysis, and capital projects. The role requires knowledge of drafting standards and processes, ensuring compliance with design regulations and quality standards, and may include site visits to gather necessary information for design work.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed drawing designs using CAD software related to management of change, process hazard analysis, and capital projects.
• Demonstrate knowledge of drafting standards and processes.
• Certify final design compliance with drafting regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct project job site visits to verify and gather required information for design work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Degree in Technology with emphasis on drafting/design or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of industry-related experience working as Drafter I or 3+ years working in a similar Petrochemical environment as a Drafter II.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (preferred 2016 or higher) and Windows.
