About the position

Partners Personnel is seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team in Corona, CA. This position is essential for creating and responding to internal requests for custom drawings across various applications. The Drafter will be responsible for producing architectural details, multi-slide drawings, shop and dealer drawings, as well as certification drawings. The role also involves creating and reviewing extrusion die drawings, installation instructions, and fabrication drawings. The Drafter will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating all product AutoCAD files, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, the Drafter will review orders, provide technical support, and create Product Change Notices (PCN) as needed. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards in all drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and respond to internal requests for custom drawings.
• Produce architectural details and multi-slide drawings/images for snapshots and catalogs.
• Create and maintain certification drawings.
• Review and create extrusion die drawings.
• Develop installation and fabrication instructions.
• Maintain and update all product AutoCAD files as necessary.
• Review orders and provide technical support.
• Create Product Change Notices (PCN) as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Experience in creating architectural and fabrication drawings.
