POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Drafter to join the Power Delivery Overhead Line Department in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves drafting and design work on overhead power line projects, including creating plan and profile drawings, structure designs, foundation layouts, and other construction-related drawings. Responsibilities

• Draft and design overhead power line projects including plan and profile, structure, and foundation drawings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Utilize AutoCAD software for drafting tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all drawings and designs.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in drafting or equivalent technical degree.
• Experience using AutoCAD 2016/18 or newer versions.
• Strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without the need for work sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of drafting experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with MicroStation.
• Good background in mathematics.
• Experience working with scales.
• Working knowledge of survey coordinate systems.
