About the position

The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a Drafter to join their team, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal projects. This role involves utilizing Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD to support project success through effective coordination and management of drafting processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads internal VDC processes
• Coordinates with Project Managers to ensure job success
• Works hand-in-hand with detailers to ensure all activities are being completed accurately and efficiently
• Once up to speed, will move into managing projects and people

Requirements

• Experience with or education in Autodesk Revit (preferred)
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar software
• Excellent 3D visualization and technical skills
• Ability to work alone as well as with others in a professional manner
• High attention to detail
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
