About the position

The Drafter position at ICF Industries, Inc. is a full-time role within the Manufacturing Engineering Team, focused on creating models and shop drawings to support production processes. Responsibilities

• Create models and shop drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Review PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) to ensure BOM and Routing project success.
• Execute RTP (Revision to print management).
• Maintain high quality and accuracy standards in drafting.
• Learn and apply knowledge of industry standards and regulations with increasing complexity.
• Apply knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001, and Lean Six Sigma.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, drafting, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Computer literacy, including the ability to write simple queries and reports preferred.
