• Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, including dimensions, materials, and specifications.
• Review and interpret blueprints, sketches, and other technical documents.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and verify dimensions as needed.
• Assist in resolving design and construction issues by providing clear documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and drafting technologies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software (e.g., BlueBeam, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
