The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and experience in construction drafting.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Assist in estimating material takeoffs for projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized file system.
• Proactively create lists of materials, supplies, and specialty tools.
• Place orders for special products as needed.
• Write technical documents related to projects.
• Interpret and create drawings based on specifications.
• Participate in design meetings with stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of construction drafting experience.
• Fluency in AutoCAD and Revit drafting software.
• Ability to comprehend and follow construction prints.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in construction estimating (1 year preferred).
