About the position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans that adhere to project specifications and industry standards. This role requires proficiency in various drafting software and a strong understanding of design principles. As a Drafter, you will collaborate with engineers and architects to translate concepts into detailed schematics, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Create schematics and layouts for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations
• Collaborate with engineers and interior designers to understand project requirements and specifications
• Revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients to meet project needs
• Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and related documentation
• Utilize tools for visualization and presentation purposes
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals by providing accurate drawings and designs

Requirements

• Proficiency in drafting software including Revit
• Strong understanding of drafting principles, techniques, and industry standards
• Ability to create detailed schematics and technical drawings with precision
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges as they arise
