As a Draftsperson II/Job Captain at Verde Design, Inc., you'll play a crucial role in preparing graphics, manual and/or computer-aided (CAD) drafting, meeting preparation, and producing landscape construction documents and packages. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals. This position requires a strong foundation in design and drafting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of graphics and manual/computer-aided drafting
• Meeting preparation
• Production of landscape construction documents and packages

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, Land F/X, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project
• Solid design, hand graphics, and rendering skills
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of California plant material and irrigation design
• AutoCAD proficiency
• A Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university (preferred). Degrees in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields will also be considered.
