The role requires significant travel and collaboration with various internal teams to enhance customer experiences and gather valuable feedback for product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Key Sales Objectives (KSOs) as set by management.
• Help launch Cervizi into the US market.
• Gather product testimonials (video or written) from clients.
• Solicit Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback for engineering development.
• Define short and long-term go-to-market strategies.
• Engage in other commercial activities as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and technical services.
• Communicate the value proposition and unique selling points to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of kitchen/brewery equipment sales experience.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the beverage industry, particularly with draught and dispensing equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Benefits

• Base salary of $95,000 - $105,000 plus commissions.
