Responsibilities
- Set up and operate various types of belt draw towers.
- Simultaneously operate multiple draw towers.
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections to ensure product quality.
- Refer questionable products to more experienced operators.
- Conduct routine machine and equipment maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain housekeeping practices according to the departmental 5S program.
- Meet utilization targets and standard times.
- Accurately enter Database/SAP transactions.
- Maintain daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
- Observe and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
