The Drayage Intermodal Customer Service/Office Administrative role at FHNJ involves providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within the logistics sector. The position focuses on tracking and tracing import shipments, facilitating communication with clients, and ensuring efficient delivery and return processes to and from the port.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service and quick responses to inquiries.
  • Track & Trace Import Shipments for various terminals and steamship lines.
  • Conduct effective communication with clients to arrange deliveries and returns to and from the port.
  • Input data into software programs for updates.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in port drayage (Required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1 year of experience in logistics/trucking (Preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in logistics (Preferred).
