Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment to maintain dredge material relocation areas (DMRA's) and lake improvement projects.
• Removes sediment and aquatic vegetation from waterways.
• Operates dredge and related equipment such as pickup trucks, boats, barges, tractors, and mowers.

Requirements

• 6 months of training or 6 months of experience in equipment operation and maintenance (e.g., tractor, dump truck).
• 6 months of training or 6 months of experience in equipment safety practices.
