About the position

As the Drill Bits Digital Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the entire lifecycle of Drill Bits Digital Services and Software. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, starting from conducting thorough market analysis to developing robust business cases. You will ensure the successful delivery of digital software while collaborating with other functional leaders to oversee the global commercial rollout of our apps platform. Your role will also involve overseeing revenue generation and developing strategic roadmaps to guide the product line's growth. In this capacity, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to build a comprehensive digital strategy for the product line. This includes conducting Voice of Customer studies and performing Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Market Share analyses to inform decision-making. You will oversee the execution of Drill Bits digital products to meet business requirements while managing budgetary spends effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing commercial models, associated sales strategies, and marketing materials aimed at expanding revenue streams. Your responsibilities will also include expanding the global commercial network and developing and executing software rollouts. You will own the business cases, focusing on revenue generation and productivity gains from all Drill Bits Digital software and services. Furthermore, you will represent the Product Line's digital activities at external events and tradeshows, showcasing our innovations and engaging with potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant parties to build the digital strategy of the product line.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of related work experience.
  • 3+ years of Drill Bits experience.
  • 3+ years of digital experience.
  • 3+ years of commercial or product management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with significant experience engaging with customers in the Well Construction space.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to align and execute with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated strategic & creative thinker with the ability to craft strategies and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Ability to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility.
