About the position

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We offer competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour with no experience required, and $22.00 per hour for those with a CDL A. Our employees enjoy 2 weeks of paid vacation, 7 paid holidays, and a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave. There is great potential for overtime, project-based bonuses, and performance-based merit increases. We also provide an employee referral bonus of $2,000 and reimbursement for attending CDL Training School, along with pay increases after obtaining a CDL A. Our Woodinville location requires travel 80-90% of the time, primarily within the Greater Puget Sound area and some parts of eastern WA state, with most employees returning home most nights. Work schedules typically operate Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and night shifts depending on project requirements. Employees can expect to work 10-12 hour days, and occasional weekend travel may be required. Traveling employees will receive a private hotel room at no cost and per diem for meals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive, operate, and maintain drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other equipment.
  • Work outdoors year-round within two or three-person crews.
  • Solve problems and work productively in a team.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections.
  • Perform physical labor, including shoveling drilling debris and transporting materials using proper lifting techniques.
  • Maintain all required certifications and training.
  • Safely lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Negative drug test.
  • Satisfactory results of a background check and authorization to conduct a routine background check.
  • Possessing a valid Driver's License for the state of residence and satisfactory results of a Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Obtaining and maintaining an interstate DOT Medical Card and meeting all Federal Interstate FMCSA requirements to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle.
  • Passing a HAZWOPER physical.
  • Verifying legal right to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA).

  • Prior experience working with sonic, auger, rotary, or direct push rigs.
