Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with the delivery and installation of furniture to customers' homes or businesses.
• Load and unload furniture and materials from the delivery truck, ensuring items are secure and undamaged during transport.
• Help with assembly and placement of furniture in customers' locations.
• Maintain proper paperwork and records of deliveries and installations.
• Ensure that all items are delivered in good condition and meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide excellent service.
• Assist in navigating to delivery locations, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and safe driving practices when assisting the driver.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area.

Requirements

• No experience needed, but previous experience in a delivery or warehouse role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• A valid driver's license is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
