Drive Thru Associate

About the position

The Drive Thru Associate at Blain's Farm & Fleet is responsible for assisting customers with their online pick-up purchases and drive-thru bulk loading. This role involves customer interaction, operating cash registers, and performing various warehouse duties to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their online pick-up purchases and drive-thru bulk loading.
• Greet and assist customers who come through the BOPUS and drive-thru areas.
• Operate cash register to scan and bag customer purchases and collect and process customer payment.
• Obtain products customer ordered and prepare them for their pick up, as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including moving freight to staging area or shelves.
• Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors.
• Move palletized products to various departments.
• Transfer products from pallet to pallet.
• Unload incoming products from trailers in dock area.
• Load products into customer vehicles.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.

Requirements

• Great communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Able to pass a background check
