About the position

The Drive Thru Cashier & Order Taker at Chicken Express is responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently processing orders in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Get all orders out in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all orders are correct before handing them to customers.
• Collect all money accurately without the use of devices.
• Communicate with packers and the Manager on Duty (MOD) regarding any issues or long wait times.
• Inform customers about wait times for any products.
• Drop fried side items in a timely manner to fulfill orders.
• Maintain cleanliness by ensuring all floors and counters are free of food and trash.
• Stock all items in the area, including the freezer.
