About The Position

The drive thru operator is expected to sell to and service drive-thru guests and collect for each meal prior to serving it. This role is crucial in ensuring a quick and efficient service experience for customers in the drive-thru lane.

Requirements

• Good vision, both general and close
• Good hearing
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to push and pull heavy objects
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Good personal hygiene and adherence to uniform standards
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to use a computer register
• Ability to retain verbal requests and menu item information

Responsibilities

• Sell and service each drive-thru guest within 3 minutes or less
• Administer the 7 steps to Drive-thru
• Maintain guest sensitivity
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation
• Restock supplies as needed
• Adhere to safety and security protocols
• Handle cash transactions according to company policy
