Responsibilities
- Make a connection with each driver to prevent and solve issues before they escalate.
- Monitor compliance related to driver operations.
- Coordinate local promotional events to engage drivers.
- Promote, track, and reward driver performance metrics.
- Organize in-house events such as breakfast gatherings, Christmas parties, and reward banquets.
- Schedule and assist with driver interviews.
- Perform Quickbooks tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with drivers effectively.
- Experience in event coordination and management.
- Ability to monitor compliance and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting software.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the trucking or transportation industry.
- Background in human resources or recruitment.
