About the position

Join 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the World's Largest Junk Removal Service, as a Driver and Labor team member. This role involves providing exceptional customer service while removing unwanted items from homes and properties. Team members will work in pairs, driving our signature blue trucks, and are expected to maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within a supportive company culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial vehicle inspections before starting the day.
• Participate in morning meetings to discuss daily goals and tasks.
• Drive to customer locations to remove unwanted items.
• Provide detailed estimates and final pricing to customers.
• Dispose of items responsibly through recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
• Maintain communication with the operations team throughout the day.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older for commercial truck insurance.
• Possess a valid driver's license (No CDL required).
• Have a clean driving history with no points, suspensions, or violations for the past 3 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly.
• Previous sales and customer service experience is preferred.
