About the position

The Bilingual Driver at SiteOne Landscape Supply is responsible for delivering landscaping products to customers while ensuring safety and compliance with transportation regulations. This role involves loading and unloading products, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and collaborating with branch leadership to enhance operational efficiency. The position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products for deliveries
• Make deliveries and ensure product arrives undamaged
• Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Perform job duties within safety guidelines, including lifting and managing heavy objects
• Work in all weather conditions, prepared for hot and cold temperatures
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and improve business performance
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the store and perform general duties when not driving

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license
• Driving experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to read and write to maintain daily records
• Ability to perform regular bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., stretching, and reaching
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, and irrigation products is a plus
• Electric pallet jack and/or forklift experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
