About the position
The Driver position at Crane's Mill involves overseeing transportation planning for residents, ensuring safe and timely transport to various appointments and community events. This role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of residents.
Responsibilities
- Transport residents to physician appointments and errands.
- Assist in planning and executing trips and outings for residents.
- Track maintenance of all Crane's Mill vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Active NJ Driver's License required.
- Safe driving record.
- Demonstrated customer service ability.
- Ability to read and write.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with senior citizens preferred.
- Experience operating a 14-passenger vehicle or larger.
