Responsibilities
- Loading, securing, and unloading merchandise from the loading docks and truck at specified locations.
- Performing pre-inspection of the truck before departure.
- Gaining knowledge of merchandise and documents used in the store-to-store transfer process.
- Checking daily assignments and responsibilities.
- Providing excellent customer relations with both internal and external customers.
- Performing any other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
- Ability to repetitively lift heavy merchandise of 50 lbs.
- Flexibility for long haul assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Positive attitude when working with customers.
- Knowledge of employment and merchandise handling procedures.
