About the position

Konica Minolta is seeking a Truck Driver / Warehouse Worker / Install Technician to transport goods and equipment safely while maintaining high standards of professionalism. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position offers an above-market hourly wage, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operates a truck to transport company goods/equipment to and from specified locations in a safe and professional manner.
• Load and unload trucks safely and in accordance with specified guidelines.
• Maintains records of pick up/deliveries.
• Accurately complete paperwork (Pick Tickets, Pick Slips, Count Sheets, etc.).
• Utilize all job related equipment which may include, but is not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, computer work and Radio Frequency (RF).
• Verify inventory and assist with inventory level maintenance.
• Pull/push/lift equipment of up to 50 lbs. from warehouse stock, using available resources.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of warehouse.
• Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or HS equivalency.
• 2-3 years of related work experience.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Meet DOT medical requirements (Department of Transportation Medical Card).
• MUST pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical activity required including frequent bending, reaching, lifting and standing.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures as well as in a teamwork environment.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong computer/networking skills are a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
• OP installation experience or willing to complete KM certification for A3 and A4 devices.
