Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new drivers.
  • Verify employment history, collect required documentation, and maintain compliance with DOT and company regulations.
  • Process and qualify applicants based on Safety Risk Management criteria.
  • Verify prior employment and confirm the applicant's previous driving experience.
  • Enhance efficiency by providing high-quality applicant files to reduce review time.
  • Track and update applicant information using Tenstreet and other platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set by the U.S. Department of Transportation.
  • Act as the liaison between applicants, recruiters, and management to provide updates and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of transportation administrative experience is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to the trucking industry, driver processing, or recruiting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA rules.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with drivers, recruiters, and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues quickly.
  • Trustworthy and professional in handling sensitive information.
  • Team player who collaborates with recruiting, HR, and safety teams.
  • Adaptable and proactive in response to changing needs.
