About the position
The Driver PRN at Transylvania Regional Hospital is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of Outpatient Behavioral Health patients, as well as other necessary transportation tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the assigned vehicle while providing essential support to the hospital's operations.
Responsibilities
- Transport Outpatient Behavioral Health patients safely and on time.
- Deliver meals, durable medical equipment, and pharmacy items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the assigned vehicle daily.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly.
- Valid NC Driver's license, Class C license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
