About the position

The Driver Project Lead at T-ROC is responsible for leading an overnight team of 15 or more employees in implementing merchandising strategies, including Plan-O-Grams and fixture resets, within Walmart stores. This role emphasizes collaboration across teams, adherence to safety and health requirements, and the preparation of monthly reports for leadership. Responsibilities

• Lead an overnight team of 15 or more employees in merchandising tasks.
• Implement Plan-O-Grams and reset fixtures in Walmart stores.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health requirements.
• Prepare and present monthly reports to leadership.

Requirements

• At least one year's experience in a retail/merchandising management role.
• High School Diploma preferred or relevant experience.
• ADP experience preferred.
• Previous client-facing experience.
• Ability to travel within the area regularly upon successful completion of an MVR.
