As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting Class A CDL Drivers and conducting orientations. This role requires effective communication in a positive and professional demeanor while engaging in field recruiting and making cold calls to potential future TNi employees. Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential new hires about the benefits of being a TNi Driver
• Field recruiting and cold call potential candidates
• Receive and input Driver resumes and applications into AS400
• Assist with managing advertising for Driver recruiting
• Pre-qualify new hires
• Assist with Driver processing, including background, MVR, and DAC screens, employment verifications, scheduling physicals, drug tests, orientation, and complete the hiring process
• Administer orientation for new hires
• Assist with the weekly recruiting report, Driver retention program, safety supplies for the terminal
• Attend career fairs and other driver recruiting opportunities
• Assist with Comdata, safety issues, and other TNi needs as requested

Requirements

• Knowledge of Transportation/Logistics
• Knowledge of JIT Freight
• Possesses good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and has a positive attitude
• Background in Human Resources/Recruiting, a plus
