About The Position

TruckPro LLC is seeking a Daylight Delivery Warehouse Associate/Driver Non-CDL to manage the delivery and receipt of parts to and from customers. This role involves handling transactions, maintaining accurate paperwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of delivery driver/warehouse experience
• Heavy duty truck or automotive parts knowledge/experience
• Excellent communication (oral & written)
• Customer service oriented
• Valid driver's license with good driving record (may require Commercial Driver's License, depending upon location)
• Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to the customer and record sales/delivery information
• Inquire about customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc
• Collect money from customers and record transactions on customer receipt
• Maintain routine maintenance on truck and keep truck clean inside and out, per company policy
• Unpack received parts and stock/organize shelves, cores, supplies, and other items as necessary
• Pack parts for shipping
• Generate pick tickets for orders to warehouse
• Load and/or unload trucks
