About the position
Eagleville Hospital is seeking a FT Driver for transportation of patients, new admissions and business materials to and from Eagleville hospital. Eagleville Hospital, located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, is a private non-profit organization dedicated to the treatment, education, and prevention of substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and acute psychiatric disorders. The hospital serves as a regional resource for the treatment and prevention of alcohol and drug abuse, as well as a national resource for training and research for addiction and related conditions.
Responsibilities
- Drives regularly scheduled hospital runs and emergency runs as requested
- Drive special and emergency runs as requested
- Follows preventative maintenance schedule for all hospital motor vehicles
- Ability to use computer and I-phone in order to obtain work order assignments
- Maintain cooperative, courteous and respectful attitude in all interactions with patients, visitors and staff
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess a current and valid class 1 driver's license.
- 1-3 years experience with transporting patients in a Behavioral Health/Hospital Setting
- CPR certification.
- Participate in annual staff training
