This position is for a Driver/Shuttle Driver at an Adult Day Center, focusing on providing safe and reliable transportation for seniors and adults with disabilities. The role emphasizes the importance of passion and dedication to serving others, with opportunities for training and personal satisfaction. The job offers flexibility in scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and per-diem options, and is set in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring members are transported safely whenever they are in your care.
• Assisting members with on- and off-boarding and with any special needs during transport.
• Ensuring the company vehicle is 'member-ready' at all times: sparkling clean and free from obstacles as well as in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Minimum three (3) years with a valid driver's license as well as state/vehicle-specific driver credentials.
• Ability to pass a required physical exam including a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
• Successful results of a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Clear pre-employment drug test results.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience working with seniors and/or adults with special needs is helpful.
