About the position

The Delivery Driver/Warehouse Clerk at PINE Environmental Services is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while safely operating a company vehicle for the delivery and pick-up of environmental equipment and consumable products. This role involves maintaining a clean vehicle, ensuring timely deliveries, processing warehouse products, and performing inventory controls, all while adhering to state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the PINE provided vehicle for delivery and pick-up of environmental equipment and consumable products.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and report any vehicle issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed on time and communicate any delays to the supervisor.
• Receive and process warehouse products including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
• Process shipment transactions in the ERP system.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders according to schedule.
• Perform receiving transactions in the ERP system.
• Process Return Material Authorizations.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• 5 years of a clean driving abstract.
• Experience as a delivery or courier driver.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone.
• Ability to think analytically with a focus on problem troubleshooting.
• A flexible and strong team player that can work in a fast-paced environment.
